Superwoman!

It's a story about a little girl. She doesn't know what exactly she's looking for in her life. So she asks her 2 sisters, Mary-Ann (the oldest) and Elanor.

Little girl: "Mary Ann, can I ask you something?"
Mary-Ann: (doing make-up)"Yes, what?"
Little girl: "Do you have a dream?"
Mary-Ann: "Of course I have! I wanna be a lawyer. Why?"
Little girl: "Nothing. Just ask. Not that kind of dream. I mean, something like.. what are you looking for in your life?"
Mary-Ann: "Well, I wanna be a great lawyer. And having a great husband someday. Someone who wants taking care of me and my children, who loves his family very very much. And of course, a man who can give me money!"

Then she goes to Elanor's room. Elanor is reading a book.

Little girl: "Elanor, can I ask you something?"
Elanor: "Sure! What's going on dear?"
Little girl: "Do you have a dream?"
Elanor: "Yeah! I wanna be an author! Because I love writing."
Little girl: "Do you know what are you looking for in your life?"
Elanor: "Umm... yeah... whatever it is, whatever it will be, I want a happily ever after life."

Finally, she found her mom. She has just arrived from works. After changed her clothes, she goes to the kitchen and make some dinner. Then her husband arrived. The little girl's father looks so tired. He has a terrible day. His business is not going well, nowadays. The little girl looks her mom. She gives the perfect smile to her husband, and cooks his favorite food. It seems like the food is the best way to bring his smile back. Now, the little girl knows who should she ask to! Yeah, her mom.

Little girl: "Mum, do you have a dream?"
Mum: "Yeah, I used to have a lot of dream when I was young. But only one purpose."
Little girl: "What's that?"
Mum: "I wanna be a superwoman. I wanna have a great career, I wanna be a good girl for my parent, a good wife, a good mother for my kids, a good person for people. I wanna be independent woman, so I don't have to depend on my husband if I wanna buy new shoes or new bag."

The little girl's amazed. She never heard this before.

Little girl: "Don't you wanna have a rich husband who loves you and your children very very much?"
Mum: "Yes, I do."
Little girl: "Don't you wanna have a happily ever after life?"
Mum: "Yes, I do. But, happily ever after is only in fairy tales. We cannot have a happily ever after life. We just have a never-ending life story. Life is such a wheel. There are up and down. We can look for riches anytime. And it will go, anytime. All you have to do is keep struggle for your life. And woman's job is not just keeping her life, but also help her husband and her kids to through it all. That's what a man needs. That's what children need. They need superwoman. And superwoman, always have a big point in man's eyes. Such a precious jewels."

The little girl is amazed. Again. She looks her mom doing the dishes. And thinking, "You are a superwoman, Mum. You're independent, you have a great career, you're a good mother and wife, you never stop to support family (especially Dad), you tough, you have a job but you still have time for cooking our favorite foods, or just do the dishes though I know you're very tired now. And you have love. Big love. You are a superwoman, Mum. And I proud to be your little girl."
